Amelkis EPM
- Which consolidation frameworks are pre-configured in Amelkis?
- Amelkis delivers French GAAP (ANC standards) and IFRS consolidation rules as standard. The multi-standard configuration is based on the same data set, allowing for the production of statutory and management statements without re-entry.
- Is Amelkis only a consolidation tool?
- No. The platform covers consolidation, financial and management reporting, FP&A and business plans, intercompany, lease contracts (IFRS 16), ESEF filing, and CSRD reporting.
- What does the Amelkis rules engine provide?
- A graphical interface allows finance teams to define their own conversion, allocation, aggregation, and ratio rules themselves, without development. The processes remain traceable and auditable from end to end.
- Where is data hosted with Amelkis?
- In a GDPR-compliant European cloud. Amelkis is a French software vendor created in 2004 in Paris, with French-speaking R&D and support: a sovereign alternative to major foreign software vendors.
- What type of group is Amelkis aimed at?
- Amelkis has more than 1,700 direct clients and 5,500 consolidated groups, ranging from mid-sized companies to large listed groups, in the agri-food, retail, textile and luxury, industrial, automotive, and transport sectors.
Pigment
- What is Pigment used for?
- Pigment is a collaborative planning platform: budget, rolling forecast, sales, HR, and supply chain planning. It allows for real-time scenario simulation on a model shared between finance and business departments.
- Does Pigment replace Excel?
- Pigment replaces Excel as the steering foundation (shared models, versions, workflow, traceability). Excel remains useful for ad hoc analysis, and export or connection options remain available.
- How long does a Pigment deployment take?
- A first scope (budget or forecast) is generally delivered in 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the quality of the source data and the availability of the business teams.
Jedox
- What is the specific feature of Jedox?
- Jedox combines an in-memory multidimensional engine with native Excel integration and web interfaces. It is an xP&A platform that extends financial planning to sales, HR, and operations.
- How does Jedox integrate with Excel?
- Jedox offers native and bidirectional integration with Excel: finance teams keep their workbooks, formulas, and work habits while benefiting from a centralized and secure database. The Jedox add-in for Excel allows for direct reading and writing in the Jedox cube, feeding forecasts and budgets from Excel, and distributing reports that are always up-to-date — without copy-pasting or re-entry. This is one of the great strengths of Jedox: the power of an EPM platform with the familiarity of Excel.
- Is Jedox suitable for mid-sized companies?
- Yes. Its modularity and entry cost make it a common option for mid-market companies that want to industrialize their budget and reporting without a heavy project.
Lumel
- What is Lumel?
- Lumel is a planning and visualization suite integrated into Power BI: data entry, workflow, write-back, and advanced visuals, directly within the Microsoft environment.
- Why choose Lumel over a full EPM platform?
- Lumel is suitable when Power BI is already the reporting standard and the need is primarily focused on data entry, workflow, and simulation, without launching a full EPM project.
Pimcore
- What does Pimcore cover?
- Pimcore combines product information management (PIM), master data management (MDM), digital asset management (DAM), and digital experience on a single open-source platform.
- Is Pimcore really open source?
- Yes, with an open source community edition and an enterprise edition offering support, advanced features, and contractual guarantees.
Board
- What is Board?
- Board is a unified platform that brings together BI, planning, and predictive analysis, used for financial and operational performance management.
- Is Board suitable for complex models?
- Yes. Its multidimensional engine manages large, cross-functional models with detailed scenarios by entity, product, or channel.
